This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.

13376 of 2023 dated 16.06.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is regularly complying the condition and being the HIV patient, condition may be relaxed with direction to the petitioner to report before the Investigating Officer as and when required.

3. Recording the same, the petition for relaxation is allowed and further the petitioner is directed to appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required for interrogation.
