Ma(1) and consequently Form 6 Demand notice issued by the 1st respondent in E.P. No.28/ 2023-2024/ A4 dated 14.05.2024 and quash the same and direct the 3rd respondent to raise the order of attachment made in Survey No.150/2, 150/2B total measuring 1342 Sq.feet, Bharathi Nagar, Uthiramerur SubRegistrar Kancheepuram District dated 03.11.2021. ORDER

This petition is filed seeking to amend the prayer in W.P.No14359 of 2024 as below: to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the conditional attachment order passed by the 1st respondent dated 22.11.2021 in Na.Ka. 3509/ 2021 Ne. Va. Ma(1) and consequently Form 6 Demand notice issued by the 1st respondent in E.P. No.28/ 2023-2024/ A4 dated 14.05.2024 and quash the same and direct the 3rd respondent to raise the order of attachment made in Survey No.150/2, 150/2B total measuring 1342 Sq.feet, Bharathi Nagar, Uthiramerur Sub-Registrar Kancheepuram District dated 03.11.2021 2.Heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

4.It is represented by Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaran, learned counsel representing the petitioner, that the counter has been filed to the affidavit as it stood before.

5.If the learned Special Government Pleader finds it necessary to file a counter, he shall file the same by three weeks. 6.Post the matter on 02.01.2026.
