ORDER

The present Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 870 days in filing the above Review Application.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

3. Considering the submissions and the reasons stated in the affidavit, I am of the view that the delay may be condoned on payment of costs.

4. Accordingly, the delay is condoned on payment of costs of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) payable by the petitioners to the respondent, on or before 09.01.2026.

5. On payment of costs, the Registry is directed to number the Review Application and post it "for Admission" in the regular course, if it is otherwise in order.
