When it is pointed out by the Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent that the Petitioner has presented the appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tambaram instead of the Revenue Divisional Officer, South Chennai, Guindy, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition so as to enable the Petitioner to prosecute the appeal before the competent authority, viz., the Revenue Divisional Officer, South Chennai, Guindy, and he has made an endorsement to that effect. 2.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. If the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, it is open to him to work out his remedy for necessary relief before the competent forum in the manner recognized by law. No costs.
