ORDER
The grievance of the petitioner is that his father name in the School Transfer Certificate has been mistakenly mentioned with the name of the Grandfather and it needs to be corrected.

Mrs.P.Kavitha, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner ought to have enclosed a representation along with the certificate obtained from the Village Administrative Officer and therefore, it is yet to be considered. The petitioner has also obtained the required certificate from the Village Administrative Officer but has not
made any representation therefore, the petitioner is permitted to submit another representation along with the certificate issued by the respective Village Administrative Officer and other relevant records to establish the name of the petitioner's father as Guruvan, within a period of two weeks.
3. The learned Government Advocate has also submitted that the petitioner has not made any representation to the Block Educational Officer, who is the Competent Authority and also not made as a party in this writ petition.
4. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, the Block Educational Officer, Dharmapuri District is suo motu impleaded as third respondent in this writ petition and Mrs.P.Kavitha, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the newly impleaded respondent.
5. Since the petitioner has not made any representation to the concerned authority, it is open to the petitioner to make out a fresh representation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order along with the certificate issued by the Village Administrative Officer disclosing the name of the petitioner's father along with any other documents if any, are in possession of the petitioner to the Competent Authority namely, the Block Educational Officer, Dharmapuri, who is impleaded as third respondent. On receipt of such representation, the Block Educational Officer shall consider and correct the same in the School Register within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
