ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. As against the allegation of willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court, learned counsel for the contemnors, on advance copy, would submit that since the SLP preferred by the

contemnors has been finally dismissed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 10.07.2025, expeditious steps would be taken to comply with the order dated 29.10.2024 passed by this Court.

3. Placing the said statement on record, the contempt petition, at this stage, is disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive the same, in case the order is not complied within two months from today.

There shall be no order as to costs.
