ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel on either side would submit that the order, dated 18.06.2024 in W.P.No.32605 of 2023, has since been complied with.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would also confirm the receipt of the cheque for an amount of Rs.3,25,299/-, dated 10.07.2025.

3. In view thereof, this Contempt Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
