Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing to the First to Fourth Respondents to initiate appropriate action against the Fifth Respondent to remove her from the post of President, Vazhur Panchayat, Vandavasi Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District in accordance with the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act, 1994, more particularly, Section 205 of the said Act and complete the said proceedings within a time limit to be stipulated by this Court. Learned Counsel for the Fifth Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.
The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the First to Fourth Respondents to initiate appropriate action against the Fifth Respondent to remove her from the post of President, Vazhur Panchayat, Vandavasi Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District in accordance with the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act, 1994, more particularly, Section 205 of the said Act and complete the said proceedings within a time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the First to Third Respondents, on instructions, states that enquiry has been conducted on 11.11.2022 and further action would be taken in the matter in accordance with law and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. In such circumstances, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition, but if the Petitioners have any further grievance to be redressed in the matter, they are not precluded from working out their rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.
