ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition of the order dated 07.05.2026 made in Crl.M.P.No.868 of 2026 regarding the petitioner's appearance before the respondent Police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.
3. Considering the submissions made on either side and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed regarding the petitioner's appearance before the respondent Police in Crl.M.P.No.868 of 2026 dated 07.05.2026 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
