ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal petition filed by the petitioner on 18.05.2024 against the order passed by the third respondent.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 and perused the materials available on record.

3. Since, no adverse order is passed against the private respondents, notice to them is dispensed with. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

4. It is the case of the writ petitioner that the seventh respondent in collusion with the officials had changed the patta and also alienated the trust property. In this regard, he has given an appeal petition before the District Revenue Officer/second respondent on 18.05.2024 against the order of the third respondent, which is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this 2/4

writ petition.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the second respondent to consider the appeal petition of the petitioner dated 18.05.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the private respondents and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
