This petition has been filed to punish the respondents for the willful violation and disobeyance of the orders of this Court dated 28.08.2024 passed in W.P.No.16879 of 2017.

2. It is seen that a Writ Appeal has been preferred against the order of this Court dated 28.08.2025. Since the Hon'ble Division Bench is seized of the matter, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh contempt petition after disposal of the Writ Appeal.
