The learned Government Advocate after getting instructions from the Block Development Officer, Gobichettipalayam, submits that after the receipt of the representation from the petitioner and the copy of the affidavit filed in this writ petition, the Block Development Officer has deputed officers to make enquiry https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and found that there is no fish shop in the residential area. Further, they have given permission only to put up godown and not for storing fish or selling fish.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate and based on the spot inspection report held on 25.07.2019 by the Block Development Officer, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
