2. Heard Mr.V.G.Suresh Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant/5th defendant, Mr.S.Raghunathan, learned counsel for 1st respondent/plaintiff, Mr.S.Giritharan, learned counsel for 3rd respondent/3rd defendant and Mr.R.Vasudevan, learned counsel for respondents 2 and 4/defendants 2 and 4.

3.Considering the submissions made on either side and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed.

4.Considering the fact that this Court has allowed this application, defendants 1 to 4 are given time till 07.08.2023 for filling affidavit of admission and denial and case management.

5. Post the matter on 07.08.2023.
