ORDER

The respondent is present before the Court. An affidavit of the respondent was placed before this Court and the relevant portion is extracted hereunder:- "7. I submit that after completion of detailed and elaborate investigation on 30.06.2025, Tr.Alaguraja, the Inspector of Police (Crime) have filed a Final Report before the Learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Poonamallee through e-filing vide LTN20230001711C2025 00232 and the same is yet to be taken on file."

2. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Poonamallee to act upon the final report filed by the respondent in Crime No.289 of 2022 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
