This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to put the petitioner on notice when conducting an enquiry under Section 10 (5) of the T.N. Land Reforms Page No.2 of 5
(fixation of Ceiling on Land) Act, 1961, Act 58/1961 with respect to the petitioner's lands of a total extent of 19.59 acres in S.Nos.714/1, 714/2 and 714 in Dalavaipattinam Village, Thirupur District, and hear the petitioner as per the representation of the petitionler dated 08.08.2014 before passing orders.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner prayed this Court to withdraw the present writ petition. She has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.
3. In view of the above submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned petitioner's counsel, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
