PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to register under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 the imported WIRTGEN COLD MULLING MACHINE - MODEL W-100 along with accessories Machine Serial No.09100717 bearing Engine Serial No.11522741 without insisting for a 'No Objection Certificate' from the first respondent Department for payment of Entry Tax.
