Respondents Petition filed under Section 14, 15 read with Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for removal and substitution of Sole Arbitrator in place of T.Rajendiran, Superintending Engineer, National Highways, Madurai Circle, to resolve the disputes that has arisen between the petitioner and the first respondent in relation to the Work Order dated 21.01.2010 issued by the first respondent in favour of the petitioner.

ORDER

The learned Special Government Pleader (CS) appearing for the respondents states that the Arbitrator is retiring from service on 31.07.2016 and thus, in any case, new Arbitrator would have to be appointed. He further states that any further proceedings would be before the new Arbitrator. The new Arbitrator be appointed within three weeks' from today.

2. The Original Petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, A.No.2739 of 2016 also stands disposed of. (S.K.K., CJ.) 22.07.2016 bbr
