Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner has not refuted the said contentions.
