This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a writ of certiorari, calling for the records in respect of order No.Z.O.V.C. No./4602/2025 dated 08.05.2025

passed by the respondent, affixed on the petitioner's door on 19.05.2025 and quash the same.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 25.06.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner, hence the registry was directed to list the matter under the caption 'For dismissal' on 21.07.2025. Again, on 21.07.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner, and the registry was again directed to list the matter on 18.08.2025 under the caption 'For dismissal'

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner, which clearly indicates that the petitioner is not inclined to prosecute the writ petition.
