ORDER

Today, the matter is listed under the caption "For Being Mentioned." 2.It is brought to the notice of the Court that though this Court had granted a time frame within which the HMOP.No.96/2024 had to be disposed of, the same has not been incorporated in the order. Therefore, the following sentence shall be inserted after the words 'transferred to Family Court at Chennai.' in paragraph no.4 of the order:- "The learned Judge, Family Court, Chennai shall dispose of HMOP.No.96/2024 within a period of 8 months from the date of filing the counter."

3. In all other aspects, the earlier order dated 21.04.2025 shall remain unaltered.
