O R D E R

Learned counsel for the parties agreed that Justice M.Thanikachalam, a retired Judge of this Court, be appointed as the sole arbitrator to enter upon reference and adjudicate the disputes between the parties.

2. I hereby appoint Justice M.Thanikachalam, a retired Judge of this High Court, as the Sole Arbitrator to resolve the disputes between the parties. The arbitration proceedings will be conducted under the ageis of the Madras High Court Arbitration Centre and the parties will be governed by the Rules of the Centre. It is open to the parties to raise all their pleas before the learned Arbitrator.

3. The original petitions are accordingly allowed, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
