ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to consider the application dated 17.02.2022 submitted by the petitioner and to grant medical reimbursement for the sum of Rs.4,16,900/- (Rupees Four Lakhs Sixteen Thousand and Nine Hundred Only) towards medical expenditure incurred by the petition for the treatment of his wife Mrs.N.Rajalakshmi.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the application submitted by the petitioner dated 17.02.2022 and pass orders after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
