Challenging the Judgment and order, dated 12.06.2023 passed by the I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore in Crl.A.No.146 of 2022, the present appeal has been filed by the accused.

2. Registry had numbered this petition as Criminal appeal instead of numbering as Criminal Revision under Section 397 of Cr.P.C., Hence Registry is directed to convert the Criminal Appeal as Criminal Revision and assign a new number and list it for admission on 19.07.2023.
