Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to issue copies of Pathology Report and Chemical Analysis Report relating to the death of the petitioner daughter Emreen Xavier concerned in Cr.No.1038 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent.

ORDER

This writ petition is heard through Video-Conferencing, on account of the COVID-19 pandemic situation. 2.

The petitioner has sought for a mandamus directing the respondents to issue copies of Pathology Report and Chemical Analysis Report relating to the death of his daughter, Emreen Xavier relating to Cr.No.1038 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent.

3. It is now stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, after filing of the Writ Petition, the above said copies have been handed over to the petitioner on 27.11.2014 itself. Therefore, nothing survives in this Writ Petition for adjudication.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
