ORDER

This Application has been filed by the Official Liquidator to pay the claim made by one J.Madhuri, who appeared on behalf of the Official Liquidator in C.S.No.960 of 2004 as per the Schedule of Fees approved by the Hon'ble High Court in C.A.No.896 of 2017.

2. The learned Deputy Official Liquidator submits that the said counsel J.Madhuri is no more. Unless an application is made by any of her relatives or siblings, they may not be in a position to disburse the fees as claimed by J.Madhuri.

3. The learned Deputy Official Liquidator shall ascertain the veracity of the claim made by the deceased and disburse the fees as claimed by J.Madhuri.

4. This Application is allowed accordingly.
