Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the 3rd respondent bearing reference number Z.O.XV.R.D.C.No.002/2013 dated Nil-11-2013 and quash the same and further direct the 1st and 2nd respondent to grant a hookah license in favour of the petitioner.

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to call for the records on the file of the 3rd respondent bearing reference number Z.O.XV.R.D.C.No.002/2013 dated Nil-11-2013 and quash the same and to direct the 1st and 2nd respondent to grant a hookah license in favour of the petitioner.
2. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner through Video-Conferencing mode, made a submission that the petitioner is not running the restaurant and stopped their activities. The learned counsel for the petitioner also made a submission that she has chosen to withdraw the writ petition. Thus, no further adjudication is required.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
