It is represented by the Additional Public Prosecutor that the complaint lodged by one Padma/Defacto complainant in CSR No.534 of 2020 is still pending and the petitioner has not appeared before the respondent police for enquiry despite the issuance of summons.

2. If the presence of the petitioner is required by the respondent police for concluding the enquiry in CSR No.534 of 2020, the respondent police is directed to issue fresh summons to the petitioner as per law and on his appearance, conclude the enquiry expeditiously.
