2. However, learned counsel on record sought leave of this Court to preserve all the rights and contentions of the writ petitioner to come back to this Court with similar / same or any other prayer on the same cause of action. This request is acceded to.

In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned writ petition and captioned two writ miscellaneous petitions thereat are disposed of as closed/withdrawn albeit preserving all the rights and contentions of the writ petitioner in the aforesaid manner.
