ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 07.08.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.25085 of 2014, thereby directing the respondent to consider the

request made by the petitioner, in the light of the recommendation sent by the fourth respondent dated 04.10.2011, within a period twelve weeks. 2.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent passed order on 26.07.2024. He also produced a copy of the order dated 26.07.2024 passed by the respondent, before this Court.
