This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court that "the petitioner shall report before the learned XII Additional Special Judge for CBI cases at Chennai, on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" in Crl.M.P.No.17975 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.868 of 2018, dated 27.12.2018. 2.The learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI and the learned counsel for the petitioner, would report before this Court that the conditional order passed by this Court has been complied with. 3.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels, the condition imposed by this Court as stated supra, is modified as follows: The petitioner viz., D.Ravi, is directed to appear before the learned XII Additional Special Judge for CBI cases at Chennai, once in six months i.e., on the first working day of every six months, until further orders.
