This petition has been filed to grant leave to the petitioners i.e., legal heirs of the deceased writ petitioner in W.P.No.25592 of 2009 viz., one A.M.Basheer to be impleaded as petitioners in the main writ petition.

2. Since the original writ petitioner died and the present petitioners are the legal heirs of the writ petitioner, considering the aforesaid and hearing both sides, this Court is inclined to order this miscellaneous petition and accordingly, it is ordered.
