ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.10815 of 2021 dated 06.10.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submitted that in the Writ Appeal filed by the respondents in W.A.No.3562 of 2024, an interim order has been passed on 02.12.2024, stating no coercive steps shall be taken by the petitioner against the respondents.

3. In view of the above interim order, this Contempt Petition is closed for the present.
