This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to extend the time for one week to deposit a sum of Rs.5 lakhs before the Court in C.M.P.No.11468 of 2023.

Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for with a condition to deposit a sum of Rs.500/- to the Women Lawyer Association, Chennai, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
