O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that the Government issued a clarificatory letter in Lr.No.27722/Peruu-1/2013-1 dated 03.06.2014. Pursuant to the clarificatory letter the case of the writ petitioner is to be considered.

2. This Court is of the considered opinion that the eligibility of the writ petitioner with reference to his service records are to be verified for the purpose of considering the case of the writ petitioner in accordance with the Government Letter dated 03.06.2014.

3. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
