ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing today, learned counsel for petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to challenge the orders passed on the representation. He has also made an endorsement to that effect, the same is extracted hereunder: "I may be permitted to withdraw my writ petition with the liberty to challenge the orders passed on representation."
2. Recording the endorsement and submission made by the learned counsel for petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to challenge the orders passed on representation in the manner known to law. No costs.
