[Order of the Court was made by S.S. SUNDAR, J.] The petitioner is the mother of the detenue who is a minor. The allegation is that the detenue who is 15 years old had been enticed and taken custody by the 3rd respondent unlawfully. 2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, states that the 3rd respondent as well as the detenue are absconding and that the respondent Police have taken earnest efforts to secure the minor detenue by forming a special team. It is reported that the 3rd respondent is married and he is a driver who is engaged by many people. 3.Taking note of the fact that the detenue is a minor and she is missing for a long time, this Court directs the respondent Police to secure the detenue and produce before this Court by 18.01.2024 or file a Status Report by then.
