Crl.M.P.No.13375 of 2022 in Crl.RC.No.514 of 2022 P.VELMURUGAN, J., This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to implead the petitioner proposed respondent-2 herein as the 2nd respondent in the above Crl.R.C.No.514 of 2022.

2. The Revision Petitioner has no objection to implead the proposed respondent as a second respondent in the above Criminal Revision case.

3. Therefore, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

4. The Counsel for the revision petitioner is directed to carry out necessary amendment and file a fresh amended copy of the Revision petition, within a week.
