Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein not to interfere with Civil proceedings pending on the filed of VIII Asst City Civil Court, Chennai in O.S.No.2079 of 2011 and also not to provide any Police protection without due process of Law to the fourth respondent.

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 not to interfere with the Civil proceedings in O.S.No.2079 of 2011 pending on the file of the VIII Asst City Civil Court, Chennai and also not to provide any Police protection without due process of law to the fourth respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
