Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from disturbing the administration and day today affairs of the petitioner's other Branches under the name of enquiry on receipt of false complaints and to permit the petitioner to settle the issues amicably arise in any of the six Branches.

O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to forbear the respondents from disturbing the administration and day today affairs of the petitioner's other Branches under the name of enquiry on receipt of false complaints.

2. The general relief, as such, sought for cannot be granted in the event of any complaint. Thus the Competent Authorities are directed to conduct enquiry and for that purpose, the Officials are bound to call for the records or conducting an investigation or otherwise. The power of the Authorities conferred under the Statute cannot be taken away by granting the relief in the nature of injunction.

3. Thus, the general relief sought for in the present writ petition to forbear the respondents cannot be granted and in the event of receipt of any complaint, the Authorities are bound to initiate action in the manner known to law and by following the procedures as contemplated under the Law.
