Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered, directing the petitioner to effect paper publication informing the date of hearing as 23.09.2016 in one issue of "Trinity Mirror", Chennai and Bangalore Edition instead of Malai Malar, Madras Edition and The Hindu, Bangalore Edition. The paper publication will have to be effected on or before 20.09.2016. In case, if the paper publication is not effected on the date specified above, this Petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
