This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to grant permission to hold, organize and conduct public meeting on 06.07.2018 (Friday) at Polur Road, Thiruvannamalai and to provide necessary protection and bandobust required for the meeting, based on the petitioner's representation dated 27.06.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr. P.S. Raman, learned Senior Counsel representing Mr. N. Raja Senthoor Pandian, learned counsel on record for the petitioner submitted that the district administration has granted the necessary permission and hence, the petitioner withdraws this writ petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement to that effect in the writ petition. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Costs made easy.
