There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the disciplinary proceedings initiated pursuant to the impugned charge memo have been dropped and to that effect the learned counsel for the 1st respondent has filed a copy of the order dated 27.03.2015, bearing Na.Ka.No.17213/E3(3)/2013, in which the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner pursuant to the impugned charge memo have been dropped.

In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. The connected miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
