ORDER

This Writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to grant employment to the petitioner under Movalur Ramaamirtham Ammaiyar Memorial Endowment Scheme under representation dated 06.10.2015.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner belongs to the Adhi-Dravidar and she married one R.Shanmugam, who belongs to the caste of Mudaliar on 10.10.2012. The petitioner made an application for seeking inter-caste marriage benefits from the Government and also an employment. The relevant particulars of the petitioner were verified by the Social Welfare Officer, Poonamallee, there was no improvements for several years. Hence, the petitioner filed W.P.No.24508/2015, in which, the order was passed in favour of the petitioner, but it has not been complied. On 06.03.2019, a legal notice had also issued to the District Employment Officer by the petitioner, but, till date there was no response. Hence, the petitioner approached this Court with the above said prayer. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that it is sufficient if a direction to the respondents to take appropriate decision on the representation dated 06.10.2015 made by the petitioner.

3.In view of the limited relief sought for, this Court is of the view that it is not necessary to delve into the merits of the issue, but it would be suffice to direct the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 06.10.2015 and pass orders on the same within a particular time frame.

4.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.10.2015 and to pass orders thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
