Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records of the second respondent in his proceeding No.E2/1165/2018/M, dated 21.06.2019, and quash the same and forbear the 1st and 2nd respondents from maintaining separate seniority list for Jawahar Dock Crew/
Shore Establishment Side Crew and give promotion therefrom, as Jawahar Dock Crew/Shore Establishment Side Crew was merged with Mooring Crew in the year 1991 itself and no fresh appointment was made especially for Jawahar Dock Crew/Shore Establishment Side from the year 1991. For Petitioner : Mr.P.Ranjee, for Mr.K.Raja.

ORDER
After arguing the matter for some time and on this Court pointing out that the petitioner has suppressed the fact of he having exercised the option to remain in mooring side on 27.03.2007 and also having filed objections to the seniority list published by the respondents and that the objections having been considered and rejected by the respondents, the learned counsel for the petitioner, to avoid imposition of costs by this Court while dismissing the Writ Petition on the ground of the petitioner having approached this Court with unclean hands and not making true and complete disclosure, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.
2. In view of the permission sought, the Writ Petition is
dismissed, as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected W.M.P.Nos.20081 and 20082 of 2019 are closed. 05.12.2025 NCC :
