Petitions praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i) Modify the condition in Para No.6 condition No.(b), (the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders) in order dated 02.08.2021 passed in Crl.O.P.No.13294 of 2021. [ IN CRL.MP.NO.9963 OF 2021 ] (ii) grant an extension of time to execute the order dated 02.08.2021 passed in Crl.O.P.No.13294 of 2021 on the file of this Hon'ble Court. [ IN CRL.MP.NO.9966 OF 2021 ] Order : This petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SURESH, Advocate for the Petitioner [IN BOTH THE PETITIONS] and of MR. Vide order dated 02.08.2021, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government advocate submits the complaint itself is closed on 21.09.2021 as civil in nature.

3. As the complaint itself is closed there will be no apprehension of arrest for the petitioner. Hence this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is closed.
