Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to complete the enquiry and pass orders in the Appeal, dated 25.07.2012 of the petitioner presented under the Tamil Nadu Patta Pass Book Act in accordance with law. The limited prayer sought for in the writ petition is seeking for a direction to the first respondent to complete the enquiry in the appeal dated 25.07.2012, which was filed challenging the order dated 18.02.2012 passed by the Thasildhar, Madhavaram Taluk for granting patta in favour of the third respondent herein.

2. In view of the limited prayer sought for and without going into the merits of the appeal filed by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to complete the enquiry in the appeal dated 25.07.2012, after giving due opportunity to both the parties and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
3. With the above directions, the writ petition is allowed. No costs.
