Crl.M.P.No.9346 of 2016 in Crl.A.No.260 of 2013 R.SUBBIAH, J The present petition has been filed by the petitioners to relax the condition imposed on them in M.P.No.1 of 2014 in Crl.A.No.260 of 2013 dated 17.3.2014.

2. This Court, by an order dated 29.4.2013, in M.P.Nos.1 and 2 of 2013 in Crl.A.No.260 of 2013, while granting bail to the petitioners, imposed a condition that the petitioners shall appear before the learned XI Additional Special Judge (CBI Cases relating to Banks and Financial Institutions), Chennai, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. till the disposal of the appeal. Thereafter, the petitioners filed a petition in M.P.No.1 of 2014 to relax the said condition and this Court, by an order dated 17.3.2014, modified the said condition to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the lower Court on the first working day of every three months at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Now, the petitioners have come up with the present petition to relax the said condition.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the said condition without any default.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases, the said condition imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the lower Court on the first working day of every six months at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The petition is ordered accordingly.
