This petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents not to harass the petitioners based on the complaint given by 3rd respondent.

2.The respondents are directed to enquire the complaint and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, the respondents have to register a case and proceed in accordance with law and instead of doing so, they should not unnecessarily harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
