Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14199 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Section 302 of IPC in Crime No.69 of 2021, while granting bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is not complying with the condition.

4.In view of the above, this petition is dismissed. However, this order will not stand on the way of the petitioner to comply with the conditions imposed on him in the order dated 13.08.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.14199 of 2021 in future.
