Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the third respondent herein in relation to the impugned orders dated 13.07.2018 in Na.Ka.No.7355/2018/K1 and Na.Ka.No.6591/2017/K3 (2), quash the same and consequently, direct the official respondents to prepare a senior list in the post of Assistants by placing the petitioners over the private respondents taking into account the fact that the petitioners have been recruited for the previous years vacancies of 2009-2010 and 2010-11 and consequently promote the petitioners to the post of Deputy Block Development Officer on the dates when the petitioners' juniors have been promoted to the post of Deputy Block Development Officers with all consequential monetary and service benefits.
